Vocode is an open-source library for building voice agents, supporting Python and Node.js with provider-agnostic integrations across major STT (Deepgram, Whisper, AssemblyAI), LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and TTS providers (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Azure). It handles telephony via Twilio and Vonage, and provides primitives for streaming audio, turn-taking, and function calling. Vocode also offers a hosted Vocode Cloud for managed deployment.
