Agentforce is Salesforce’s flagship agentic AI platform, replacing earlier Einstein bot offerings. It lets companies build, customize, and deploy autonomous AI agents grounded in their Salesforce data (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) plus external systems via MuleSoft. Pre-built agents handle service tickets, SDR outreach, marketing campaign generation, and merchant tasks, while custom agents can be configured via Agent Builder using natural language. Agentforce uses the Atlas Reasoning Engine, supports voice and chat, and is priced per conversation.
